Bill Verification
The accuracy of the utility bulk-bill for the group is of critical importance. If the bill is in-accurate, the collections from the vending system may not be sufficient to settle the bill, thereby creating a problem. Therefore, as part of the service suite, we periodically inspect the bulk bill, reconcile it with the bulk meter records, and facilitate the testing of the bulk meter by the utility periodically.
Meter Test
We also undertake periodic on-site meter accuracy tests to ensure meters that have diminished in accuracy are promptly identified and replaced.
